Tuesday and Thursday support groups begin February 2015
Each group meets ever other week from 7:00 – 9:30pm

The Have Your Cake Support Groups are designed for people already working with a non-diet approach to food and body image or for people who have taken the 10-week Have Your Cake program. These groups are designed for people to continue exploring and improving their relationship to food and body image and who want ongoing support. Limited to 6.

Are You Ready?
Fed up with dieting, the diet/binge cycle, and feeling bad about your body and your eating? You are not alone. At any given time, over 50% of all Americans are on a diet. Yet studies show that 95-98% of all diets fail, and ultimately cause us to gain rather than lose weight. This 10-week class for women teaches intuitive eating, a healthy alternative to dieting and body hatred. Class limited to 8 participants.
Have Your Cake and Eat It Too! is open to women ages 18 and older who struggle with:
- Emotional eating
- Compulsive eating
- Chronic dieting
- Restrictive eating
- Negative body image
Have Your Cake classes also can be customized for adolescents, men, and community groups.
