Support Groups


Have Your Cake and Eat it, Too! is our signature program. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn how to recover your natural relationship to food. You will learn how to treat your body with care and respect. You will leave with tools and strategies to work with emotional eating effectively and increased self-compassion. Have Your Cake classes also can be customized for adolescents, men, and community groups.

Many people continue in support groups after the Have Your Cake program ends. These groups are also open to people who have experience with a non-diet approach. You will deepen your exploration of eating and body image issues and gain support on your journey.

Rivka presents her material on healing your relationship to food and body in many formats. If you can’t attend a weekly class, come to a daylong or weekend workshop. In these experiential workshops, you will learn the fundamentals of intuitive eating. Many of these workshops are combined with gentle yoga.
